Nick is a well qualified and highly experienced Personal Trainer who has worked with a wide range of clients over the last 10 years to help them achieve their personal goals; from marathon and triathlon training, to weight loss, muscle building or simply improving fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, along with a successful career in the Armed Forces, has helped Nick to develop his professional values; ingrained within which is a meticulous attention to detail, a high level of personal fitness and the temperament to work hard and motivate others to achieve their aims.
Nick continues to enjoy a wide range of sports and athletic interests outside of his professional life. Having represented the Royal Air Force at both football and cross country, he has recently achieved regional success running for St Edmund Pacers, as well as competing as part of FFC Elite in obstacle course races around the country. Nick recently completed his first Ironman triathlon; 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, finished off with a 26.2 mile marathon run!
